How information moves through this website.

Enquiries and introductions

When you send a form online, Hashi Tech stores the details you submit in Google Cloud Firestore to review and respond to your message. Authorized staff can access the inboxes they are responsible for, add internal notes, and manage follow-ups. Please keep your first message high level.

Preparing an email draft or copying a brief does not submit it to our database. If you choose email or WhatsApp, the information is handled by the service you use to send it.

Optional analytics and reliability measurements

With your permission, Google Analytics and Firebase can measure page visits, Explorer steps, form outcomes, scroll milestones, and site reliability. We do not include your name, email, message, portfolio or CV links in these events. Advertising personalization is disabled.

We use controlled performance traces and error categories for this web app, rather than collecting raw error messages or stack traces. Analytics is optional; you can change your choice at any time.

Cloudflare, which delivers this site, also collects traffic measurements (Cloudflare Web Analytics) as part of its service. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data, and that it keeps unsampled beacon data for 7 days before aggregating it.

Founder dashboards

When you sign in to the founder dashboard with Google, Hashi Tech stores your name, sign-in email, and optional company or project name in Google Cloud Firestore to keep your canvases attached to your account. Your canvases are private to your account and are not visible to other founders or to website visitors.

If you send a canvas for review, a copy of that canvas and your contact details become visible to the Hashi Tech team. Someone from the team reviews the submission and contacts you personally; no automated replies go out.

Staff access

Staff use Google sign-in to access the online workspace. Database access rules limit each authorized staff member to the inboxes they are responsible for. Staff authentication is separate from optional analytics.
